With our background working for Connolly Leather's renovation department, we obviously are called upon to restore & repair damaged & worn leather to their prestigious car customer base. This ranges from Ferrari, Aston Martin, Rolls Royce & Bentley, Lotus to Mercedes, BMW, Audi to name a few. Most work is for main dealerships who wish to make sure any pre owned vehicles in their showrooms are as well presented as possible. The water-based coatings used on modern leathers combined with protruding edges to seat design mean many show premature signs of early wear. Additional problems are dye transfer from clothing & leather belts on light coloured leathers. These are all problems which can be solved by refinishing rather than leather replacement.
